Our spacious and well-presented charity superstore provides the ultimate high-end, pre-loved shopping experience for all your quality used fashion, furniture, and homeware needs. We also offer a wonderful selection of donated quality used books, toys and picture frames, unwanted gifts and much more.

We have adapted extremely well to all the Covid regulations and are fully compliant with all the HSE requirements. As a registered charity we are fully compliant with all charity regulations and committed to operating the shops with openness, honesty, transparency and accountability in accordance with the Donor's Charter.
We are active members of the Irish Charity Shop Association and represented on their steering committee.
We pride ourselves in providing a top-class charity retail customer and donor experience and are constantly looking for ways to improve our service. Check out our excellent reviews on Google My Business where we receive a consistently high rating.
Our social media team updates the daily offers on Facebook and Instagram as well as all the new designer fashion pieces available from our Thriftify online store.
The success of our charity store depends on the wonderful generosity of our donors who provide us with a continuous supply of quality used clothing, furniture, household items, books, and quality used toys.
Our Donations Depot is located at the address above (Eircode: V95 C8HN). It is open Monday to Friday 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.
We also offer a free collection service of quality used furniture items in the Clare / Limerick region.
Please send photos of your furniture items in advance to donations@havenhorizons.com and we will get in touch to arrange a collection date that suits your schedule.
NOTE:
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept beds, mattresses nursery items, white goods or electrical items (apart from lamps).
